  • When can I swim?

In general swim sessions, we reserve 10 spaces for season ticket holders. These are first come first served

Season tickets cannot be used for lane swimming, baby / sen sessions or private hire.

  • Lifeguard

A lifeguard will be working during season ticket sessions, but may not be at the poolside.

The lifeguard is there in case of an emergency only, not to supervise children

The lifeguard decides whether inflatables are allowed (they usually are, but safety first!)

  • How many season tickets do you sell?

We sell up to 60 season tickets

Our pool maximum is 50 people, if the pool is full on a season ticket session, you may need to wait for someone to leave (this is very rare)

  • Children

Under 12s must be supervised by an adult

Under 8s must have an adult in the pool with them

    Ratio 1 adult : 2 children

    or 1 adult : 1 child under 3

    Swim nappies must be worn

  • Tickets

We'll send you a digital ticket with your member details, you can show us this on arrival

If you haven't received this yet, please let us know, and show your order confirmation at the kiosk

  • Help keep our pool clear

Please help us keep our pool beautifully clear by:

Applying sunscreen at least one hour before arriving

    Showering before entering the pool

  • The Rec

There is a beautiful green outside the pool with a small play park

You're welcome to stay at the rec for as long as you like

Please bring bin bags and take your litter home - there are no bins at the rec any more

There is often a cricket game to enjoy

  • Inflatables

You may bring inflatables and floaties

It is at the lifeguards discretion whether they may be used, the more people in the pool, the fewer inflatables allowed

    Safety always comes first

  • Kiosk

Please support our kiosk, we sell:

    Ice lollies and ice creams

    Tea, coffee & hot chocolate

    Crisps

    Cans and bottles

    Chocolate bars

    Pot noodles

More information:

You cannot book sessions using your season ticket, you will need to turn up to any sessions you want to attend. You can see if a session is fully booked by going to the general swim page and clicking on the time you'd like, it tells you there how many of the 60 available slots are booked. If it's not fully booked you should be able to get in.

You're more likely to get into other sessions towards the end of the session, ie turn up at 4:00 for the 3:00 session, as a few swimmers may have left, leaving room for season ticket holders.

Any enquiries should be sent below using the contact form, emails are checked regularly. Or contact Suzanne via Whatsapp. Kiosk staff may not be able to deal with all membership enquiries.

Help us maintain our pool
