About season tickets
Season tickets are limited to 100 per season. You'll be sent a digital card to use with the names of your members on (or show us your order confirmation email).
During the Summer holidays (20th July - 1st September) the 11:00 - 12:45 session will be reserved for season ticket holders only.
The pool limit is 60 people, if the pool is full, you will be refused entry, even during the season ticket holder only session. If people leave the pool before the session has ended, you'll be able to enter. We very rarely have to turn members away from this session.
Season tickets cannot be used for early morning lane swimming, or private hire.
You can use your season ticket during other sessions ONLY if there is space in the pool (and we reserve 10 spaces per session for season ticket holders). If it's full you'll be refused entry.
You cannot book sessions using your season ticket, you will need to turn up to any sessions you want to attend. You can see if a session is fully booked by going to the general swim page and clicking on the time you'd like, it tells you there how many of the 60 available slots are booked. If it's not fully booked you should be able to get in.
You're more likely to get into other sessions towards the end of the session, ie turn up at 4:00 for the 3:00 session, as a few swimmers may have left, leaving room for season ticket holders.
Any enquiries should be sent below using the contact form, emails are checked regularly. Or contact Suzanne via Whatsapp. Kiosk staff may not be able to deal with all membership enquiries.
