More information:
You cannot book sessions using your season ticket, you will need to turn up to any sessions you want to attend. You can see if a session is fully booked by going to the general swim page and clicking on the time you'd like, it tells you there how many of the 60 available slots are booked. If it's not fully booked you should be able to get in.
You're more likely to get into other sessions towards the end of the session, ie turn up at 4:00 for the 3:00 session, as a few swimmers may have left, leaving room for season ticket holders.
Any enquiries should be sent below using the contact form, emails are checked regularly. Or contact Suzanne via Whatsapp. Kiosk staff may not be able to deal with all membership enquiries.
