Season Tickets for 2026
-
How does it work?
Each ticket can be used by any member of your household, and you can bring friends/family, as long as at least one of the main ticket holders is present.
Eg. A family of 4 may only need 3 tickets if only 3 people swim at a time. They don't need to be the same 3 swimmers.
-
How does it work?
Season tickets allow you into any season ticket session (see timetable), and other sessions if there is space.
·
Can't be used for lane swims.
·
Can't be used for Private Hire.
-
Don't
❌ Give your ticket to someone else to bring in guests without a main season ticket holder. If caught doing this your season ticket will be revoked and will not be refunded. We are a charity that relies on full paying customers to stay open and subsidise season tickets!
❌ Bring extra guests to season ticket sessions to pay on the door
-
Do
✔️ Make sure you have a season ticket for each swimmer
✔️ Bring your child/ren and a friend/relative, as long as you have enough season tickets to cover all swimmers
✔️ Eg. Grandparents can bring in children who have a season ticket
-
When can I swim?
TimetableIn any season ticket session - see timetable
In general swim, baby, adult, retired folk and SEN sessions, we reserve 10 spaces for season ticket holders. These are first come first served. You can use your 10 bookable slots, or just turn up.
Season tickets cannot be used for lane swimming or private hire.
-
Lifeguard
A lifeguard will be working during season ticket sessions, but may not be at the poolside.
The lifeguard is there in case of an emergency only, not to supervise children
The lifeguard decides whether inflatables are allowed (they usually are, but safety first!)
-
How many season tickets do you sell?
We sell up to 60 season tickets
Our pool maximum is 50 people, if the pool is full on a season ticket session, you may need to wait for someone to leave (this is very rare)
-
Children
Under 12s must be supervised by an adult
Under 8s must have an adult in the pool with them
Ratio 1 adult : 2 children
or 1 adult : 1 child under 3

More information:
You can book 10 sessions using your season ticket, you will need to turn up to any other sessions you want to attend. You can see if a session is fully booked by going to the session page and clicking on the time you'd like, it tells you there how many of the 60 available slots are booked. If it's not fully booked you should be able to get in.
You're more likely to get into other sessions towards the end of the session, ie turn up at 4:15 for the 3:30 session, as a few swimmers may have left, leaving room for season ticket holders.
Any enquiries should be sent below using the contact form, emails are checked regularly. Or contact Suzanne via Whatsapp. Kiosk staff may not be able to deal with all membership enquiries.
